Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Kenya Shillings and are valid and effective only in Kenya.
Payment: Payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order. We accept payment via MPESA, Airtel Money, Debit or Credit.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns: Products may be returned in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy. Please refer to the said policy for more details.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used.
