SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business and are excited to get your products to you as soon as possible. This policy outlines the shipping options, costs, and timeframes associated with your order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We will undertake to ship and deliver your order within 2 business day in Nairobi, and within 4 business days for orders out of Nairobi. This time-frame may vary depending on the availability of items, order verification, and custom product creation (if applicable). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. 

Please note shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping can only be initiated once full payment is received. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING RATES

We have split Nairobi into geographical zones, with each zone having its own delivery charge. For areas not listed in any zone, including rest of Kenya, please contact our Customer Service team, for a quote on shipping charges and any custom packaging costs if needed e.g. for refrigerated/frozen goods.
Our standard shipping in Nairobi is based on Next Business Day. Please note we may not be able to guarantee the time of delivery. We have an express / immediate shipping option for Nairobi area only, where we send your order using a registered courier company in Kenya at customer’s cost. You the customer will pay the courier on delivery. In such instances, we shall advise you of the approximate cost before despatch.
We may offer free shipping from time to time, in which case, our standard shopping model will be used. Free shipping does not apply to any areas not listed in any zone above, including rest of Kenya.
For accurate shipping, on the checkout page, please select the nearest google maps location in the space provided. Please use the other fields provided to give any specific instructions/locations as necessary to ensure quick and efficient delivery of your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will be notified via email on the status of your order as well as once your order has shipped. Kindly ensure the email you provide in the Checkout page is accurate. In case of any queries, you can contact our Customer Service Team.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note, changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or initiate a replacement order.
