“Today I am going to show you how to make delicious and protein rich Tofu curry. This tofu curry tastes amazing with roti and is one of regular dinner recipe as it is very less in fat and goes easy on our digestive system.”

Ingredients:

  • 350 grams Tofu
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion – 1 medium
  • ½ cup Capsicum (available colours)
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • Curry Leaves
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tbsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tbsp Cumin Powder
  • ½ tbsp Rock Salt

We love this recipe as its a classic spicy tofu curry, and so versatile as you can modify the spices to suit your needs. Also, all the ingredients are easily available here in Kenya. Our Vegany Plain Extra Firm Tofu or Vegany Salt & Pepper Extra Firm Tofu would be ideal for this recipe as they are firm enough and the Salt & Pepper is ready spiced with black pepper to compliment this curry!
